they are looking pretty good. i think its AFC's year though. Seahawks are a very good team, but when compared to broncos , patriots, or even the colts, i dont think they could beat them in the superbowl.

I'm gonna have to say, "Yes."  Defence wins championships and the Seahawks have the best, most consistent defence in the league.  Of course you can then add in a QB (Russell Wilson) who is a multiple threat and a powerful running back in Marshawn Lynch.  They are the complete package and with home field advantage they are going to be very tough to beat...

The Seahawks look very tough, I was really surprised in the way they just manhandled Drew Brees and the Saints. Although defense does when Championships, I do not believe the Seahawks will win for the simple reason that the Superbowl will not be played in Seattle. They are not the same team when they go on the road. Peyton Manning or Tom Brady will give that man to man coverage fits.

If Seattle gets the number one seed in the NFC, which it looks like they are in a position to do, they'll be playing their postseason games from home, and it would be tough to pick a team that can beat them while they're at home in a playoff game (except Carolina in my opinion). Their strongest weakness is protecting the pass rush, which was clear in their game against the Rams, so it would be interesting to see how they would do in the Superbowl against a team like the Chiefs with a solid pass rush if they're in a situation where they have to throw the ball. I'll be particularly interested to see how they'll do again against the Rams in the last week of the regular season - this time at home!
