Who is the next fighter to take over boxing after Floyd Mayweather Jr.?
In the boxing world today you two prominent fighters: Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. After May 2nd we were left with one, being Mayweather Jr. After looking across the many weight divisions, up and coming fighters and current belt holders, my decision isn't easy. I would have to say Gennady Golovkin is next in line. Currently undefeated, with a growing fan base and recognized as the true middleweight champion, Gennady is growing in waves professional and in the ranks. He has captivated audiences with his personality and skill. He in my estimation by wide margin is next in line.
