It was Christmas of 1983 when my nephew first fell in love with football. More than anything he wanted a real, official NFL Football Uniform.

Come Christmas morning he looked through every gift from his parents, grandparents and other relatives. He liked his gifts, but was so disappointed, no football uniform.

Then we gave our gift to him (his parents were already in on this surprise). I never saw such a happy boy as when he opened the box with the official NFL Football Uniform for Kids. For the next week none of us could pry that uniform off him without some sort of convincing.
