What We're Making:

This article will teach you how to make a really effective all-natural all-purpose scrub for your face and body. Why pay all that money for scrubs and exfoliating soap when you don't have to? Olive oil is one of the most popular culinary oils there is, but you might not realize how great it is for your hair and skin. Most people think "oil" and "skin" - especial the skin on your face - do not mix. But olive oil is a fantastic moisturizer. I promise you will love the way your skin feels.

What You'll Need:

  • 2 tbsp sugar (sugar in the raw works great)
  • 1 tbsp organic olive oil
  • 1 drop rose essential oil (optional)

What To Do:

  1. Mix ingredients together in a bowl or small jar until they form a thick paste. Use in the shower for your whole body or during your face washing routine. Rinse well, pat dry. That's it!

What You Get:

A ridiculously simple but seriously effective moisturizing scrub. Not kidding, you are going to love the way your skin feels after using this. It might feel a little greasy at first if you don't rinse well enough, but it's like velvet in a few hours. Follow up with some all-natural coconut oil moisturizer if you like or just leave your skin as is!

The rose essential oil is optional but there are many others you could use, depending on your skin type. Research and see which oils would be best for your needs.
