Is gold the only method of preparing against an unknown future? No, but it is probably the surest way. After all, everyone agrees that gold is valuable. If the economy completely collapses in the near future, do you think that your 401(k) will be as valuable as it is now? Probably not. The same thing applies to anything else. Your house? Who knows what could happen to it. Your job? If the economy collapses, then there will not be any jobs. No matter what it is, it will probably not hold up once the economy drastically changes. It is because of this that you should immediately put as much money into discount gold as you can. You see, there is little reason to believe in the security of anything, and certainly one should not believe in the security of the promises of tomorrow. Many warning signs point to an economic collapse in the near future. Do I personally know the exact date? Of course not.
