How to Remove Comedo Instantly

Updated on December 4, 2009

Comedones are small-size dirt that plug the pores. Therefore often overlooked when you clean your face. Blackheads black or white. Comedo or blackheads make face look dirty and dull.

Comedones appear because of excessive oil buildup on the face. Comedones can be caused by the dead skin cells. Generally comedones appear in T-areas (the forehead, nose, and chin), even under the eyes and chin.

There are two types of comedones, namely:

   1. Facial pores seemed to grow and black. This type of comedo known as open comedones or blackheads. Blackheads are black because it is oxidized by air.

   2. Comedones look like a small lump beneath the skin. These comedones are behind the cuticle layer and clogged because of dirt and fat. It is known as closed comedones or whiteheads.

Simple ways to remove Comedo

To prevent comedo or blackheads you should always clean your face after or while you're traveling. However, if comedo already appeared especially in large quantities you do not need to worry. Besides using pore pack of facial cleanser, you can remove it with natural ingredients like below :

1. Black Pepper and Yogurt
You may try this, mix one tablespoon of black pepper and a little plain yogurt. Stirr well and the dough is thick. Paste in the area that has many comedones and let it stand for 5 to 7 minutes.

2. Wheat and Yogurt
Mix 2 tablespoons of oatmeal with 3 tablespoons of plain yoghurt. Mix well, add one tablespoon of lemon juice and one tablespoon of olive oil. After all thoroughly mixed, aplly it to the face where there is lots of comedones. Let stand for 5 to 7 minutes, then wash the face with cold water.

3. Flour corn and balsamic vinegar.
Mix two tablespoons of cornstarch and two tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. Flatten to form a thick batter, then put on a comedo-area face. Let stand for 15 to 30 minutes and then clean with warm water.

4. Cucumbers.
Mash a cucumber, you may use a blender or a spoon. However, not until the texture is too smooth. Then, use the cucumber mask across the face. Not only cleaning the skin of comedo and acne, but also provide fresh effect on skin.

Know your face type skin so you may choose the exact product to clean your face. Choose the suitable moisturizer product for your skin. If we have a healthy living habit with enough sleep and rest we could maintain our skin smoothness. Avoid stress and have healthy food like vegetables, fruits. If the condition is getting worse, you have to consult with your doctor or professional beauty consultants.

honestly, use an alcohol prep to clean the skin. it will dissolve the oil and your skin will feel squeaky clean. Then wash with water and a bit of moisturizer and your skin will never have acne again.

Whiteheads and blackheads are not all called comedones.

Blackheads are whiteheads that have had the surface of the skin break and causing it to oxidize, turning black. These are called comedones. Whiteheads are called Millia. Just so you know with your above information.
