How to make your own natural skin products from your kitchen cupboard

Updated on November 2, 2014

Natural recipes to create your very personal organic skin products

Organic skin care products purchased in shops and stores that claim to be made by natural ingredients, can be offset in small or big amounts, by other non natural components, either to stabilise the product or to visually boost the benefits they claim to have by adding colors or additives . Those range of natural skin care products, are not necessarily harmful and many are genuinely good but maybe their benefits are not 100% effective, reduced by those other elements. Therefore an alternative way to the industrial organic production it is to create a very personal beauty skin care range. It requires few minutes, a bowel,a spoon and sometimes a mixer or blender, to prepare a number of very simple and straight forward recipes for facial masks and cleansing lotions and milks, that do wonders for the complexion of the skin and retain intact their natural ingredients. Vegetables, fruits, milk oils and eggs have all the necessary minerals, vitamins proteins, fatty acids, enzymes and anti aging factors so much needed by our body. They are an excellent natural source of beauty at our disposal. Open your kitchen cupboard: your very personal beauty salon. What could it be a better way to know where a cream comes from other than making it by yourself. So, if you are like me, keen on making your own personal range of organic skin products here below are some home made recipes I found, to try on.

These home made remedies are very simple and almost instant to make. Many cannot be stored for more than 1 day. Finally, I would remind you that a beautiful and healthy looking skin does not depend just on creams; it is important to follow a good diet regime as well as exercises and activities while maintaining a general well balance kind of life . I would also recommend to take supplement like Aloe for example that is particularly indicated for the skin and helps to look ten years younger.

hi wrinklestudent. I think it would be fine with but I would add a small amount of banana as it is very rich. It might be too much combined with yogurt.

Do you think I could combine the honey and yogurt with the banana mask? Or do I have to alternate which one I use?
