Hair styles for medium and long hair

I have long hair, but don't have a lot of time for styling, so I was looking for some quick and easy hair style ideas for long hair. Below you will find some of the videos that I found to be very helpful. FYI, I am not in any of the videos, this is just videos from YouTube I really liked and decided to share with you!

Also, keep in mind, that the healthier your hair is, the better any hairstyle will look. To keep your hair healthy, shiny and strong, eat a whole foods diet, avoid processed foods, to receive all the nutrients necessary for the optimal health and beauty of your hair. Include a lot of fresh green leafy vegetables in your diet, as well as other vegetables, fruits, berries, whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds. There are many other aspects to healthy hair, but I believe proper nutrition is one of the key factors.

I'm in the process of growing my hair back out. I had a bad haircut and now it's finally getting longer. I like the look of some of the updos, but I can't imagine doing the braids at this point in my life. : ) Thanks so much for putting this together. It's very helpful and hard to find so much good information all in one place.

These are great. I had long hair a long time and could even french braid it myself and then I cut it and now there is no ponytails or pinning back or up and it is so hot! Who would have guessed? lol I have to let it grow out (which I am now working on) and trying some of these. Thanks for all the info. Voting up!

Yes diet is very important for the healthy hair growth. Long beautiful hair is always taken as a sign of beauty. So don't forget than along with food and care, taking proper rest is one the simplest natural home remedies to make hair grow faster, as hair grows more during rest. Enjoyed the videos. Rated up and interesting.
