Why are my hands and feet always so cold when the rest of my body is normal tempature?
do i have a problem with me?If my hands aren't ice cubes they get all clamy... it is so wierd and emabarising.
There is a simple explanation. You probably have bad circulation. Taking hot baths can help sometimes, because hot water draws blood through more, while the cold will make blood go back, which is also why your hands get smaller in the cold.
If you are really concerned about your health and think it's something more serious, ask a doctor.
i get the same thing too except i get numbness cause their so cold ... theres a name for it .. cant remember at the moment but i believe it does have something to do with poor circulation but i suggest keep moving ... they warm up quicker and to use the hot hands packets on your feet and hands.
