Brown spots on your cheeks can be from hormonal changes and sunshine. Try buying a skin lightening moisturising cream at your local pharmacy there are many which work on pigmentation, but also use a 30+ sunscreen on your face every day regardless of the weather and you should quickly see some improvement.
