If you can't decide on your own, you aren't ready to get your first tattoo yet. The design should be something important and relevant to you, not a random suggestion from stranger's on the Internet.
Skull and crossbones on your shoulder. Mom on your other shoulder, with a broken heart. Have your back covered with a Sailing Vessel, Your chest covered with an eagle. And a full sleeve with serpents and apple trees.
That will be enough for your first tattoo, when that is done, come back here as ask what to do next.
You should get something timeless, something that will always have meaning and will never fade (in your mind). I would go with something like a Lion or a Dragon. What's your power animal?
