    It depends on the method. The tattoo removal creams are the least effective with laser being the best selection. Not many downsides to laser. As long as someone with adequate training is administering.

    I've had my tattoo erased through laser tattoo removal in NYC 2 years ago and so far, since then, I have not experienced anything uncommon or one that can be a problem.

    The downsides of tattoo removal vary between each individual because we have different skin types. But if you would ask how good it is then I must say that it is the best treatment you can ever undergo to get your tattoo removed.
