just go to the gym. take a couple of exercises for your breast (a good coach will show you) and the main point is to have a good meal after every training. you should eat something in not more than hour after the training. the best things to eat are different cereals and curds.
That depends- for men or women? For men: bench press. For women: get pregnant!
Breast is a gland, not a muscle, so it cant be increased without surgery.
But every woman can preserve the beauty of it.There are a lot of things to take into consideration: good hormonal balance; simple hygiene rules; wear the correct size bra; fitness, etc.
