    Well, you've had a foreign substance inserted into your body, so why wouldn't it look distorted?  It's not a natural part of your anatomy, so it may never look fully "natural."

    Your implants are most likely above the muscle, you haven't had any kids and your gland is very thin, all that make your implants show more.
