Five days ago I got my first tattoo on my lower calf. It's scabbed over.Can I do weights at my gym?
I think I put too much polysporin on it the first few days.
If your workout is going to stress the area, make you sweat on it really heavily, tear the scab or cause friction to the healing surface, you'll want to modify your workout to not have those things happen. All the factors I mentioned either run the risk of damaging the healing surface which can result in color loss or carry an increased risk of infection.
