What's the difference between all the (natural) oils to use for your skin?
And which is better for what purpose? Mainly Coconut oil, Argan oil and Olive oil are recommended to use on your skin/hair/nails to moisturize, heal and nurture. So what's the difference between these oils? Is one better than the other? Or would you say it's better not to use any at all (or something else?)?
