    Recently gotten a tounge peircing and the Swelling seems a bit excessive any suggestions

      Do u have h2ocean mouthwash? also suck on ice and drink cold water will help try not to talk much and eat any hot or spicy things also if you have non idozed sea salt put a tablespoon or a little more into twoo cups of boiling water  and gargle for atleast a min. 3 times a day!! i got a monroe piercing twom months ago and it looked like  i got hit in the face it was so swollen! haha Hopefully this helps because it deffintely helped me good luck!

      I got mine pierced about 11 years ago, and it swelled like CRAZY for a very long time, and hurt like hell, it actually hurt worse then the actual piercing. I'd say give it time it'll go down.
