Enlarged conch piercing hole - help!
It got infected (swollen with yellow pus) and I think its gone now. Weeks later I decided to change the earring and then saw that the piercing hole was bigger! Explains why my piercing always seems swollen when it actually isnt. What should I do?
I would not attempt putting another earring in until you are sure the infection is gone. Yellow puss is a sign of infection. Adding an earring now may cause more issues. Was this a new piercing, re- Peirce or an old one? Make sure you do NOT use peroxide to clean it if you do have an earring in it - it breaks down the metal and can cause further infection. You can always go back to where you had it pierced and talk to them. It could be larger now because the infection caused it to swell and stretch and once it drained it left a larger opening. Based on the photo it still looks fairly red so I would avoid putting another earring in it until it gets better.
You need medical attention for that. It looks infected.
