Best Bookshelf Speakers Under 300

Updated on January 2, 2016

If you look at bookshelf speakers over the last 10 years the trend has been for the speakers to become smaller, while at the same time delivering higher sound quality. The sound quality has inmproved to the point where these speakers can deliver the same quality as large floor speakers.

While prices differ greatly between the budget and premium speakers, you can get a lot, if you are willing to spend in the 200 - 300 dollar range.

I have selected 4 great speaker sets and shortly reviewed them in: best bookshelf speakers under 300. Brand wise I think Polk are slightly ahead of the competition and I have recommended 2 of their speaker sets. Some other popular brands include Yamaha, Sony, Bose, JBL, Insignia and Logitech.
