Weather Control

Updated on July 10, 2010

Humanity has beem experimenting with weather control for over a century

There are some who have the vision to control weather to bring the rains to prevent drought and the sun to prevent floods. We have not attained this in a world sense, but have had success in small experiments.

In the 19th and early 20th centuries, people attempted to cause rain during prolonged droughts. This was done by firing into clouds, sometimes using silver iodide, or attempting to cause rain by blast concussion alone.

A space born view allows us to peer over the horizon to identify threats before they become a problem. We can either move out of the way, or attempt to tap this massive energy resource.

This collection of data concerning hurricanes over many decades, gives us some idea of what to generally expect.

Tornadoes are chaotic and destructive, but we may be able to dissipate them before they do real harm.

As we advance in knowledge, we will eventually tap the weather for energy

Whether or not scientists are allowed to divert a hurricane away from a major city, dooming rural residents is something that is already underway, largely without the consent of the people, who are usually regarded as too ignorant on such questions. Weather modification experiments are already well underway all around the world in a bid to prevent violent storms and to deliver rain where it is needed. Weather modification has gone beyond merely deflecting hurricanes. It is now “fait du complait”. The use of silver iodide and dry ice goes back a long way and is still in use in the US and in China. Today, other chemicals and materials are in use, as well as electronic means such as H.A.A.R.P. to control the jet stream by locally heating the atmosphere and by using the ionosphere to control world weather patterns. This can be used to great benefit or can be a horrific and sinister new weapon of mass destruction. We should hope and strive to use this emerging technology for the benefit of mankind instead of using it as a tool of coercion and war. The use of weather control technology unfortunately, is being used in some cases as a weapon. If we are to advance as a species, this has to be directed to collective benefit of humanity instead of imperialist or fascist designs of conquest through weather war.

To alter the weather in part or in whole requires the practical rudiments and the knowledge of a type one civilization, a level that we have not reached yet. We are a far cry from that level as a type one civilization is able to control all aspects of their planet and its resources. A type one civilization does not succumb to catastrophes like super volcanic explosions, tsunamis, hurricanes, tornadoes, big freezes, impacts and other civilization destroying natural events. A type one civilization has completely resolved issues like war and economic woe. This type of civilization is even able to exploit natural catastrophic events to create vast amounts of energy for their own use. A type one civilization is in complete control and master of their home planet. It is a civilization that is already comfortable within interplanetary space and striving to become a type two civilization. To be able to divert a hurricane from its course takes a level of sophisticated knowledge that we have not yet reached and cannot unless we do a wide spectrum of experiments. But the cost of that experimentation should not be coastal cities with their great populations versus the food supply that feeds those populations. Both must be protected! Thus, such experimentation toward the goal of total control should be done well away from populated zones and food growing areas; in other words, well out at sea when we recognize them as hurricanes. We can see these newly forming hurricanes from space, something that could not be done, even a couple of decades ago. We should exploit that advantage and progress from there in all deliberate haste.

From our observations we have learned that hurricane frequency and intensity relies on a resonance that occurs on the atmosphere during El Nino periods and this is further enhanced during the Earth's heating during high solar activity such as during sun spot maxima and coronal mass ejection events. Global warming from human carbon creation has contributed to the mix and science is now 90 percent certain that this is having an impact. Since we have learned this much already, we should apply this knowledge at least in being able to foresee potentially bad years such as we experienced in the 2005 hurricane season. At least we could take evasive action. Better yet, if we can see one forming and could interfere with natural resonance somehow, natural conditions would then cause the forming hurricane to dissipate before it has a chance to do anyone any damage. Perhaps in taping the resonant frequency in the atmosphere, we could derive enough power to run the country instead of relying on fossil or nuclear fuels, both of which have long term risks. Another approach is to interfere with the heat exchange by diverting it or canceling it out. Hurricanes are a type of heat exchange mechanism and atmospheric balancing system and are natural on any planet with an atmosphere. Jupiter and Saturn have many such storms, some lasting centuries. Hurricanes have a huge electrical potential and it is likely that we can divert and/or control them by a massive electromagnetic input. Hurricanes are huge on the energy scale, often putting out the equivalent of many megatons of TNT force every second. If we could tap this source, we could transform the world and take a giant step toward being a level one civilization.

We have experimented by using computer modeling, but this has its limits as the model is limited by the bit size and speed of the computer. Computers attempt to create models using discrete digital analysis as opposed to the real analog birth, development and progress of a hurricane. But our models are improving with computer sophistication. We need to interface with the real world. It is in our best interest to "take the hurricane bull by the horns" and master it. The energy rewards alone would be tremendous, let alone the saving of lives and crops.

"Perhaps the first example of practical weather control is the lightning rod. In the 1950s, computer scientist John von Neumann, an early theorist on weather control, surmised that if Earth were to enter another Ice Age, a preventative solution would be to dump dirt (or spray soot from crop dusting planes) on the surface of the planet's glaciers. He noted that this would significantly change their reflectivity (albedo), and thus increase the solar energy retained by the planet. Such a strategy would require repeated applications, as storms would cover some portion of the soot with new snow until their frequency and range abated. The theoretical efficacy of von Neumann's proposal remains to be examined.” However, with industrialism on the scale we now see, this effect is taking place and causing and accelerated meltdown of the world's ice as we watch. So, in a way, this is already going on, but without the strict controls and regulation that is typical of a rigorous scientific experiment. “Wilhelm Reich performed cloud busting experiments in the 1950s to 1960s, the results of which are controversial. Dr Walter Russell wrote of weather control in Atomic Suicide 1956. (1)"

As for diverting and/or controlling hurricanes, experiments in this direction have already been carried out. This was done decades ago when cloud seeding was done in an attempt to break up newly forming hurricanes before they had the chance to grow into category 4 or 5 monsters that made any kind of landfall. The experiments were partly successful, but hurricanes are often huge, like Katrina that occupied virtually the entire Gulf of Mexico before wrecking havoc on New Orleans. Then there was Typhoon Tip that measured a thousand kilometers across when at full strength. To seed such a storm like this is almost an exercise in futility. An alternate method must be used and it includes early detection and action.

The question we should really be answering is "Why should we continue to be victimized by these forces when we can learn to control them to our benefit?" Can you imagine tapping a hurricane's energy in total to light and power our planet, run all our transportation and to help grow our food? This is what we should strive for; so, yes scientists should be allowed to divert hurricanes as a bold first step in eventually being able to take complete mastery over them and tapping their energy. The one condition is to act early to prevent harm to anyone until that mastery is achieved. Once upon a time, transmutation of matter was a pipe dream. Today we do it without batting an eye as if it were a natural thing to do. Take the destructive force of hurricanes and convert it to beneficial energy; it is within our grasp! Some would say that man can also use such knowledge for sinister purposes. This is undoubtedly true and this is another target of a level one civilization; the complete mastery over of their own lust for power and control over others. To control our sinister ambitions is to eliminate war which already destroys much in the way of resources and wastes energy. War also harms the planet and blocks communication between people. If the budget assigned to warfare were allocated to weather control, we would see results within a decade.
