I'm looking at buying a new computer which is capable of HD video editing. I'm also looking at the networking ability (internet), and I don't know what this means: "Built-in 10/100Base-T Ethernet LAN: Allows a computer to connect to a network either by using cables (Ethernet) or wireless technology (IEEE 802.11)"

I guess what I'm mainly wanting to know is does that mean it's wifi capable, or do I need to get something to make it wifi capable?
Your answer was very informative, but still just a little out of my computer jargon knowledge :)
wifi stands for wireless functionality and is the same as wireless so yes, it will be wifi capable
Thanks friend! I'm decent at making the computer work, but when it comes to actually knowing HOW it works and all the bits and bobs, it's well beyond me. It is definitely something I'd like to be more knowledge with, 1 day :) Thanks for your help!
