What do you think the next big social networking website will comprise of? Will it be just another site like Facebook, Twitter and Myspace where you can go and post pictures and connect with friends all over the world. Or, will it be something different?

    Shakka,
If the analysis is correct, the next big evolution in social media will be social commerce. Prototypes are popping up everywhere for them, my own included. Social Networking is declining rapidly, as Network Marketing/MLM did, not long ago. Mobile/Tablet is the new playing field, so anything in this scope, using social commerce, social ads, live education, live sharing and such is the curve.

I think Pinterest is a pretty interesting social network. Users post things from all over the internet and share them with thousands of other users. The biggest thing that it has going for it - free advertising basically. So I think Pinterest has the right idea, but the next social networking would incorporate that idea along with something new and innovative.
