   In firefox there is a plugin named "DownloadHelper" it is very good and easy to use and can donwload files from any Video host.
   I think I have answered the question, if you need detailed help, I can create a hub on it too, just ask !

   for firefox browser,  there is also another add-on called flashgot. just download and install it which takes only some minutes, and you can download any video once it is loaded fully.

   There are many softwares in addition to what firefox provides. You must be knowing about Internet download manager. http://www.internetdownloadmanager.com/ provides a free trial of the software. Once it is installed it'll every time ask you to download the video as you play it online. Try it for yourself.
