How do you make a web application to update custome sites.
I'm making a site that is for a business and I do not know what coding I should use to make a web app for quick updates for the owner of the business. Something that they will not have to deal with the HTML all they would have to do is type into an entry box and backend script would update the site accordingly. Any help on this would be great.
Most people will use a CMS (content management system), such as Joomla. This allows you to insert some code, which allows them to log in and only edit the "space" where the code begins and ends, not necessarily the code of the page. So you can put it between text so they can edit that, or whatever. Also, their are many Google applications, such as a Calendar which can be used client side, but embedded in a page on a site.
