What if there are plagiarists who copyrighted your own work as theirs?
Read up on how to file a Notice of Infringement as stipulated by the Digital Milennium Copyright Act.
BTW, a plagiarist can't actually copyright your work without legally suing you and winning the rights. But they do tend to just copy stuff...
Copyright is automated. You write it, you own it. Period. You can now sue that person for not only copyright infringement but some other fancy thing I don't have the terminology for.
