I recently got a Dell Mini 9 computer and I'm trying to find an ebook reader for Windows XP that will allow me to change the orientation when I am reading so that I can hold the computer like a book. Does anyone know of any programs that would do that?

Is it advisable to have an ebook reader before writing an ebook? I've never used one, I'm not sure if that matters. Any advice would be great.
