can I partition C drive? Because I have one partition only??? what should I do??????

Assuming you on Windows 7.
Yes you can . Go to start menu >> search "disk management" and click >> At the bottom should be your "C: Drive" with a blue line above it. Right click the block >> click "shrink volume". Shrink it by how much you wish to put on the next drive. There should be a block with a black line above >> Right click and say format >> There you go.
Note: You must have Administrative Privileges to do the following way.

Track "0" is very important on your hard disk drive, the hard disk master boot record area (MBR). Track "0", once damaged, will severely damage the hard disk master boot program and partition table...
