    How do I do send a personal document to my kindle? I e-mail the document as an attachment.

    How do I get the document from my personal e-mail to the kindle. I also need to do an e-mail address change. I am not sure if the e-mail address works.

    Yes, you email the document to your Kindle address. This can be found in the Kindle Settings or on Amazon.com under your Account and then Manage Your Kindle Settings. But there is one other very important step. You have to add your email address as an approved email address under Manage Your Kindle, then on the left sidebar select, Personal Document Settings and add the email address.

    This last step keeps spam from coming to your Kindle. Hope that helps, Freddie
