I CANNOT GETINTO MY "IN BOX". TRIED EVERYTHING BUT NO SUCCESS. HELP
CONTACTED VERIZON BUT THEY SAY THE PROBLEM IS WITH YOU.
Have you considered that the problem should be passed back to verizon then?
You need to advise them that they have provided you with an OutBox instead of an InBox...... becoz there's nothing 'In' about the box you've got, is there?
Send them a new password request and ask that they send the reply to your 'OutBox'. I think you will find then that they sort it out for you. Good Luck.
