Graphical User Interface = GUI. This is basically related to Graphics display and usage in computers (this is written without having to google it) :-)
The GUI is what telltale said. It's what you see and interact with on your computer programs! Without a GUI you wouldn't be able to navigate easily. If you want to learn more you can always Google it!
