Is computer Science a good major to take to go into this field
Computer science is essentially a science, which use math and logic in everything. If you want to be a video game tester, majoring in Computer Science may be a good idea as it teaches you valuable information about the computer, components and how everything works from a science point of view. Video game testers can also end up write programs too so see if you cannot perhaps find a software development course instead?
Computer science is an excellent major if it’s a career in IT that you are interested in. It is one of the most comprehensive IT degrees and provides students a solid foundation in theoretical aspects of computing. Another program worth considering is a degree in computer programming. Careers like software development, mobile application development, game development, and web development can be secured with a programming degree!
