Where can I find a similar explanation of how to use Vlookup across multiple workbooks?
Found an answer to my own question. I was trying to use VLookup to pull data from multiple worksheets in multiple Excel "instances". Have been advised that this will not work, at least using the basic formula.
Although I haven't tried it yet, I think if you create a "Vlookup" inside an"IF Function" it may work. Example, your "IF Function" should have a condition that says the returned value should not be "#N/A" if the returned value of the formula is "#N/A" then use range on another sheet and so on until it meets your criteria or your desired result. I'm not sure if it will work but I'm sure it can be done in VBA.
