Am I legally able to buy music from Itunes if I am "temporary" in USA as visitor or tourist?
People that lives in South America and the Caribbean are not allowed to buy music from Itunes. Can we do it, legally, while traveling to USA ?
Yes you can buy it legally while in the United States. But understand that Itunes will lock the music to only play in their music players unless you pay more and get the DRM Free version of the song/s.
