    @Jolly14,

    You'll have to contact Facebook Support and telling them the details of your Photo/Fake Profile. This is actually considered Identity Theft in Facebook's eyes, Myspaces eye's, Tagged's eyes and other Social Networking Sites.

    They should be glad to offer you assistance after you've verified you are in fact the "real" person. Usually make you verify some details send a photo of yourself holding up a sign with your account number etc.
