My printed attachment in PDF format file is too colourless - how to make it colourful black?
I received an e-mail with scanned attachment in PDF format and I need it to be printed
Do you know how to edit pictures with Photoshop or GIMP?
You dint elaborate more as to what the attachment has but since it is a pdf, you will have to convert it to .jpg or just open it & take a screen shot that you save as a .jpg
from there, you take it to Photoshop or GIMP and do the tweaking. If the screen shot would not capture the entire pdf, you will have to take multiple screen shot that you will put merger together later in Photoshop, GIMP or Paint.

I would like to be able to convert a hub into a PDF document which would include images. I can do this on my tablet by photographing a recipe for instance and converting the image into a PDF file.
