How do you transfer iTunes playlists from one computer to another?
Going from a Mac mini to an iMac
you can actually use your iPod if you download the program Senuti... it's "iTunes" backwards. You can use that program to get music off your iPod.
If that does not work, use an external harddrive, or even a large USB flash drive would work.
I believe that supplies expert's answer won't transfer your playlists though.

Basically you just need to move the entire folder and you should be fine.
