I need a website programmer to make some minor updates to my website which is now in Drupal.
Like PV said, it depends on the changes you need. A good idea would be to list all the changes you need done, as well as what you can afford to pay (but remember, what may seem like a simple task may not be so simple, so if you can, be flexible on what you can pay), then post another entry/edit this entry with that list. Once you get that list, you can also post at places like Craig's List, freelanceswitch.com, and other freelance job boards. That list is pretty essential, though, as it will change the people who are qualified to work on it (for example, a designer could reskin it for you, but probably not make/edit a module for you).
