I like to think about a good keyword in the title. Preferably at the beginning of the title. Then, I try and write naturally. High quality content reads naturally. Don't let over thinking keywords take away the natural flow of how you write.
Keyword is most important part in the terms search engine optimization. Search engine give importance keyword in meta title which take length of 65 character approximately so i always prefer keyword in meta title and description also . If keyword in website body or content part and content is new and fresh, it is better for ranking up.
keywords plays key role for ur page ranking. at the same it should be used in particular pattern like page heading and in sentences 2 to 3 times thatsall its enough otherwise it will effect the page try to use keywords as links(anchor text)
