I've written hubs on this; Reddit is a total waste of time; in fact it is negative
I actually just read your hub, Redgage NOT Reddit, it took me a while to find it. I don't disagree with you, there are mean trolls at Reddit that get their kicks down voting your stuff. And I didn't get many up votes, but I got a lot of page views.
Well I guess Reddit has strict rules. But yes, it depends on our preference and interest.
Years ago I reddited withthout a problem as the item was published. Going back about two years I found the trolls, the down voting and all the stupid nasty rules which suddenly applied to me and few others. Yes, once every other blue moon you get hi
I've been using StumbleUpon since it was new. I never got into Digg or Reddit and the other clones.
I have actually gotten over 600 views in a day from reddit on several of my motorcycle hubs. This is way more than I've had in a day from any other single source. It only lasted less than a week though, then slowed to a trickle.
Stumbleupon usually gives me 4-6 views.
Digg, I get very few views from, but I keep trying, expanding my circle of followers and following other hubbers. It's funny I get more diggs than views, I guess people digg based on the title, or just figure if they digg my stuff I'll digg theirs. I read everything I digg.
I'm playing with all of them but none have shone at all. Possibly because of my topics. Pinterest is the winner for me.

One of my hubs recently got a small flurry of hits from stumbleupon.com. Can someone tell me how and why that occurred on that hub -- and not on any other? Are you supposed to be signed up such groups to draw their readers?

Thank you digg!I'm glad people at digg liked one of my hubs. I've been a digg user for a very long time now ever since I wasn't active yet on HubPages. Of all the social bookmarking sites, it was digg that really made me felt like it was home. I gained many friends in there. While on other...
