Is there a method for using CSS only to make a drop down menu that functions on a liquid layout?
check out jquery and javascrip on the w3school.com site
they have have a function that woks with css to dynamically change web content similar to a drop down menu

When adding a link capsule i find that one of the most time consuming and annoying task is making going to hubs you want to add and then having to click the "link to page" thing then manually adding the link and so forth. I think a little drop down menu of your hubs would be much easier...
