    What Google considers Duplicate Posting?

So in your opinion's better just to use HubPages share feature? Twitter, Facebook & Pinterest because it affects the ranking of your postings in Google Search?

Yes. Google, as a search engine, is trying to help its users find the best content related to a search topic. If all the results Google turns up for a search are basically the same article slightly rewritten, it doesn't help the user. Instead, Google would rather show ten DIFFERENT good webpages about the topic.

It doen't always get it right, but as much as possible, Google will try to display the same article only once for each search, rather than multiple copies of it, or multiple pages that are pretty much the same.

Also, Google is experimenting with social signals as another way to evaluate how good something is. If lots of people are sharing links to it, that's a good sign. So you should try to make stuff people will want and like enough to link to it and share it. You can try to get the ball rolling by sharing it yourself, but that won't do much: it has to be lots of people sharing it to impress Google.

Google hates duplicate content. You will be punished if you always post duplicate posts.
