Can someone suggest any substitute for mobile phone. I wonder, even we have any?
It is an era of telecommunication but daily researches are surfacings its bad effects on health. I guess mobile is the device which is most used. Do we have any substitute?
I know a married couple who use a pair of walkie-talkies. We live in a small community, and the signal is good enough to cover the entire town. They have one mobile phone between the two of them, and using the walkie talkies whenever possible. This system seems to work well for them.
A standard land line phone worked well for about a hundred years. If you must have 24 hour communication try a mini laptop which you can hook up with Skype or just use the mini to check email. Set up email alerts with a sound like your ringtone and it's not so different from a mobile phone with texting.
Only talk to people in person or through email. I want to do this some day. Off the damn grid and out of The Matrix!
HAM radio. You can have a small mobile unit. I do not know if there are any health effects from it.
