What cell phone company do you use? Are you happy with them?
I have been a Verizon Wireless customer for years and have been very happy with their prices, their service and the way their representatives handle my issues.
I have used T-Mobile and Verizon. And I have some complaints about both. I believe that their services are overpriced. I recently switched my father's phone service from Verizon to TracFone so he could save money - he has not interest in data plans, etc. TracFone is really economical and suits his needs. If you just want phone service, I would recommend them.
I use o2. I have been using them for about 10 years and have not had any problems at all.
