Has anyone had an issue with secure server by godaddy not sending complete messages?
I have recently started using secureserver.net powered by Godaddy.com. I have sent several emails that when opened by the recipients, there is no message. I have sent several messages where this has occurred and in the past few days, I have received a few messages with nothing in the body. Any thoughts on this issue?
I have unfortunately encountered secureserver.net on numerous computer repair calls. This server is probably one of the most unreliable and frustrating email servers today and it constantly has connection issues and email sending issues. My best suggestion would be to switch to a different host that's more reliable (like hostmonster) or to simply not use any of their email features. Through your admin settings you should be able to create email addresses that forward only, in other words create the email address and instead of accessing it with POP3 or IMAP, simply have the address forwarded to a pre-created Gmail or other account, then you won't have to deal with the dreaded secureserver.net issues.
