Have you guys been following these privacy changes going on at facebook?
http://www.pcworld.com/article/184188/f … _know.html
If so, what do you think of the changes?
I think it's a great idea but the methods are a bit confusing. When I saw the lock symbol on each post, I thought you could change the settings for each post (silly me). Instead I was offered a message that said I could go back and change all my settings. Changing the settings for each post would probably be way too huge an undertaking, but I am in favor of the improved privacy. I don't mind friends having some of that info, but not every Tom, Dick, or Harriet that happens across my posts
what a pain. I would like to get in and change mine.
mine already was private only to my friends. now I have to go in and do it all over again??
I agree that it is confusing....and maybe not such a great idea on the part of the people who run facebook.
