Would you like to ride in airplane seats like this?

This could be a feature on passenger and private planes/jets. I say yes to the "SkyDeck." How about you?

I would love to ride in the airplane seats like this assuming it is safe. I would also assume I have to be at least a millionaire to be able to own this. I could be also a successful business woman to be able to buy a ticket for a commercial flight like this. Well, I am getting carried away by the possibilities of parallel universes...The short answer is: Yes, I would love it!

Tom Ware has pointed out some especially excellent views. Could you imagine being in these seats for a sunset or a sky full of stars? I hope they get these into service ASAP!

Perhaps it would reduce exposure to the coughs, sneezes, and yucks of crowds on large flights, and help with claustrophobia-ites, however, if there were a disaster, these would front row seats!

True smile It appears you would have to pay a premium to get these seats on passenger planes and of course if you fly private it would be included in the cost.

Once you got five minutes into the climb all you'd see is blue sky and very high level cloud during the daylight hours.  Not much to see upwards when you're cruising at 33,000 feet or more.  Sunsets would be nice.  Be good for nighttime flights, as well - plenty of stars.

Better to have the seat mounted just near the nose so you can see forward, much like the old bomb-aimers in the WW2 aircraft.   They got an even better view than the pilots.

I would love to try this and agree about the position. Night time and sunsets would be absolutely awesome!
