How do I create a centered block of text separated from the regular text with lines above and below?
I want to add extra information that summarizes a situation. The Hub Team added a centered block of text to one of my articles. There are lines above it and below it.
I think what you are referring to is using a 'Callout' capsule. What I would do is enter Edit Mode for the Hub and insert one for fun and see how it works. Delete the capsule after experimenting. There are three formats:

It's not possible to use centered text in hubs, but when you write different forms of poetry sometimes centered text is a must. Shaped poetry, cinquain, diamante and more are poetry forms that will lose any significance if they can not be written in centered text.The only way to show them now is...
