What do to do when someone is hack'n you & bugged inside your house your place on camera over a yr?
there reading this right now I can hear neighbors what website is he on or trashing me with subliminal "good"rd or he's "evil" my apartment has been hack'ed everyone knows it & I don't own a phone no criminal action has been done except something like posting my daily acts on twitter for the whole town to see claiming i'm the devil & I harm individuals. Just recently I bought a cc308+ full range detector it catches rf but doesn't record is this enough tech to my local police office?constantly speaking reason he did that cause he's sick reason it's like that.Its like van eck phreaking. plz help
If there is a camera or listening device in your apartment find it and take it to the police.
"Hacking" is just a digital form of breaking and entering. If you don't have a smart phone or computer then there is nothing for your neighbor to hack.
If your neighbors are just listening to you through the walls there's nothing you can do. That is totally legal.
You could try to file a harassment claim against this neighbor if they are posting this stuff publicly on twitter. Just make sure you get screen shots of it.
Otherwise your best option will be to move.
