Yesterday I signed up with Flixya. What a bunch of scamming, spamming kids! It's a place you upload your videos and pictures. You then make money off your adsense ads, just like here.
However it's filled with kids who just spam you with their websites all day long. Leaving comments like "nice, check out mywebsitehere".
Or getting emails asking you to click their ads in their sites and they will do the same. You see videos of hot girls but with the title of "best home insurance" and so on.
It's just a big spamming mess. Also most of the videos are not even theirs because, get this, all you do is put in the video url from youtube or other video places!
I've got my videos up but not sure if I'll keep them. I can just ignore all the spam but I wonder if somehow my adsense can get hurt being on a place like that?
Well I believe it is against adsense TOS to pay for or incite someone to click your adverts...
A lot of Hub authors have had articles stolen by Flixya users.
I find it interesting that you didn't check out the site before joining.
The best way to check out any site is to join it and see first hand what it's about. I don't go by what some people say as everyone has different opinions.
Nothing like seeing for yourself so you know exactly what a place is like. I heard hubpages was a gossip fest fluff site, but I joined it to see for myself.
Me no speak French,, hehe. I'm just saying that I signed up so I could see for myself what it's all about and if it's as bad as some say.
It turns out it's even worst then I expected. More like a black hat place filled with spammers and scammers. So now I know for sure and I'm letting you all know.
But if your not sure join yourself and see, like I did.
I have the same experiance, they will only leave comments like "NiceHits Check my website and will give a tons of url's" Flixya have to kick them all out.....
