Spam Post Advertising - Hostgator?

    I was going through the posts on one of my blogs - most of which are for random gaming sites or electrical equipment and came across one for hostgator, the site that actually hosts the blog (lol).

    Just wondering why this would be? I thought they were a reputable company and didn't realize they'd sink to the level of hiring posters to get links back to their site - or do they have an affiliate program of some sort?

    "Hey we all need good cheap webhosting, well HostGator offers cheap webhosting and excellent support. Take a quick look at one of their packages – They are definatly the best hosts out there.
